Grooming benefits to know
A professional groomer can detect infections/ailments that the owners aren’t usually aware of. Our main concern is your pet and the dog’s happiness and health.
Sure, you can always groom your dog yourself, but at UWNYC your dog will be groomed by a professional, with proper tools in a safe environment.
Grooming requirements:
Urban Woof NYC requires that all the dogs that stay at our facility must be updated with all NYC’s required vaccination.
Vaccination requirements
- Be registered and have all the forms completed and signed.
- Be up-to-date on vaccinations for: Rabies; DHPP (Distemper / Parvo); and Bordetella.
Owners must submit written proof from their veterinarian. Rabies Certificate MUST be signed by the veterinarian
Urban Woof NYC reserves the right to deny admission to the Urban Woof NYC Dog Spa of any dog who is not up-to-date on the vaccinations listed above. All vaccines must be given by a licensed veterinarian and proof of said vaccinations shall be provided to Urban Woof NYC upon request.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full fee of the walk if you fail to contact us ahead of time.

It’s forbidden to record, screenshot, reproduce, share or post pictures of the images shown on our webcam feature.
I don't see my pet on the webcam
We have 4 rooms for daycare. Only two of those have webcams. Dogs are separated by size, energy and temperament. There is NO GUARANTEE your dog will be kept in one of those rooms to appear on the camera every time they are in daycare or boarding.
When is the service available?
The webcam feature is only available during our WEEKLY business ours. The webcam feature is not available on weekends.
