DOG WALKING

Urban Woof NYC provides an energetic and fun walk allowing your dog to socialize and exercise at the same time with other furry New Yorkers.

Important!
Dog Walking service are only offered to regular clients who assume a monthly commitment of a minimum of 3 walks per week (recurring service).
We do not offer dog walk service as “single walk” for non clients.
Private walks
Individual walks for those that prefer a one-to-one walk rather than being in a group. We care for the elderly and sick furry “fellas”, with a comfortable and enjoyable pace.
Also available for our furry friends with social issues, like aggression, fear or anxiety, by ensuring a safe though fun walk.
Group walks
For friendly dogs with a lot energy. This option engages pets in a more social experience by having contact with other furry New Yorkers.
Long walks on and off leash. Your dog will be walked along with other dogs with compatible size, temper and fitness level.
Play group
Morning walk in Central Park & Daycare.
As an additional service to Boarding and Daycare clients, a whole fun and exciting 2 hours Central Park walk are offered.
The 2 hours Central Park walk are offered in the morning and in the afternoon.
Prices
PRIVATE WALKS
30 Minutes: starts at $30
1 Hour: starts at $45
GROUP WALK
(90 minute minimum)
Small Paws: starts at $35
Medium/Large Paws: starts at $40
At the end of each walk we:
- Refill water bowls
- Feed/give treats
- Give/Apply medication if requested
- Clean paws and dry off the pets after rainy/snowy walks
No additional cost!
Dog walking care instructions:
One-hour window time frame
Please allow a one-hour window time frame to start a walk. Considering that we attend to various clients during the day, we ask our clients to please keep that time frame in mind.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full fee of the walk if you fail to contact us ahead of time.
Keys
For non-doorman buildings we require a copy of your key. Your set of keys will be held by the dog walker.
Bonding and Insurance
Urban Woof NYC® is fully bonded and insured.

Dog Walkers exclusivity
Use Urban Woof NYC®’s dog walkers are bound by agreement with the company and therefore may not perform services directly with clients. As for the clients, by accepting Use Urban Woof NYC® services, also agree on not contacting directly any of the dog walking team, except Marcos Santos.

Webcam access
Please do not share the passcode with others.
What you can't do
It's forbidden to record, screenshot, reproduce, share or post pictures of the images shown on our webcam feature.
I don't see my pet on the webcam
We have 4 rooms for daycare. Only two of those have webcams. Dogs are separated by size, anergy and temperament. There is NO GUARANTEE your dog will be kept in one of those rooms to appear on the camera every time they are in daycare or boarding.
When is the service available?
The webcam feature is only available during our WEEKLY business ours. The webcam feature is not available on weekends.
