Getting your dog started takes about 10 minutes online. Here is how it works, step by step.
1. Create your account
Register in our client portal. Add your contact details, your dog’s information and an emergency contact, choose your home location (East 78th Street or Lexington Avenue at 95th Street) and sign our Client Agreement.
2. Send your dog’s vaccine records
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo) and Bordetella. The Rabies record must be a certificate signed by your veterinarian.
Upload the records while you register, or have your vet email them to info.urbanwoofnyc@gmail.com.
3. Book your Evaluation Day
Every new dog starts with a $10 Evaluation Day: up to 4 hours of supervised play so our team can get to know your pup and place them in the right playgroup. Evaluation Days run Monday to Friday, with drop-off by 2pm.
4. You’re all set
After your Evaluation Day, daycare is drop-in friendly — no reservation needed. Boarding and grooming require a reservation, which you can make online or in our app.
Good to know
- Dogs must be at least 4 months old.
- Dogs 8 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
- Every dog must wear an ID tag.
- Boarding check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Dogs picked up after noon are charged one full day of daycare ($55).
- All sales are final: services and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Rates are subject to NY sales tax; $20 minimum credit card charge. See our policy.
